A consistent framework for judging the details that matter, with evidence behind every score.
Our approach
We begin with eligibility and evidence, then consider the practical account experience. A casino is not recommended for British play simply because it accepts an enquiry or appears in an advertisement. The relevant legal operator, domain and licence need to match.
Each review should record its sources and distinguish direct testing from published information. The current preview contains licence references but no completed performance ratings. The criteria below define how future ratings will be assessed.

Match the legal operator and exact domain to an active remote casino licence. Read any regulatory actions and check the complaint route; a familiar logo is not enough.
Game variety & providers
Check the games actually available to the intended audience, the named providers and the information displayed in each game. A large headline game count is not a substitute for a usable selection.
Bonus fairness & wagering terms
Read the complete terms, including eligibility, wagering, expiry and game restrictions. Compare the conditions with playing without a promotion, not just with another headline offer.
Withdrawal speed & payment options
Separate the operator processing time from the payment provider transfer time. Record verification steps, supported methods and any limits before evaluating speed.
Mobile experience
Check navigation, readable terms, cashier access and safer gambling controls on small screens. A layout should stay usable with larger text and without precise tapping.
Customer support
Check how support can be reached and whether written answers address the actual question. Record available channels and complaint escalation rather than assuming around-the-clock service.
How scores are calculated
A future published rating will use six equally weighted scores out of five, one for each criterion above. The overall score is their arithmetic mean, rounded to one decimal place. We do not calculate a score while any criterion is unverified.
Licensing is also an eligibility check, not merely a score. A casino that cannot be matched to an appropriate active British remote casino licence is not eligible for our UK recommendations, regardless of its other features.
How often we update
Our planned review cycle is quarterly. Changes to ownership, licence status, significant offer terms or a reported factual error should trigger an earlier check. Each guide displays its own publication and revision dates. A revision date is not a claim that a cash withdrawal was tested that day.
